We proudly stand by the quality of our product. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know. Contact us at support@ganaskids.com.

We offer our customers the ability to return the items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from your original purchase, we will gladly provide store credit on ganaskids.com. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive credit in the amount paid excluding any shipping costs. Please note that any returned item(s) must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact. We also require the original receipt as proof of purchase for returned items.

For personalized products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this time.

For sale items, we also unfortunately cannot accept returns at this time.

Gift orders are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

Return process

Please contact us with your request at (852) 3565 6689 or at support@ganaskids.com. When sending your return item(s), please enclose your original receipt and merchandise in a box and mail it to:

Please return products to us via registered mail to ensure delivery. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Please be advised that you might have to pay duties and taxes on your products. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, fees, or taxes at this moment in case you choose to return the product.
