Kindly refer to the table below for our shipping rates. We offer standard delivery as well as an express delivery option.

We will process your order as soon as we have confirmed receipt of payment. Most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days from the date we receive your payment. We process orders from Monday through Saturday, excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays.

We are not responsible for shipping fees for orders that are returned to us and need to be re-shipped due to a delay in customer pick-up.

Hong Kong shipping

Standard shipment in Hong Kong via registered mail, SF Express or similar delivery provider. Estimated delivery time for standard shipments within Hong Kong is between 2-4 days. For express delivery, the estimated shipping time is between 1-2 days

Taiwan/ China/ Macau shipping

Estimated delivery time for standard shipments to Taiwan, China, and Macau is between 7-9 days. For express delivery, the estimated shipping time is between 2-4 days.

International shipping

Estimated delivery time for standard shipments from Hong Kong is between 1-4 weeks. For express delivery, the estimated shipping time is between 4-10 days. Please note that you may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country of residence. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs clearance procedures can also cause your shipment to be delayed. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we are not able to advise what the cost, if any, would be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
